The Introduction To A...-

* Shiryl- An aquatic species on the planet Palaya who have kept themselves isolated for over 100 years now since the vampiric race has begun it's takeover of all other            
     races and introduced slavery to the world.
* Alzena- The 'God' on the planet Palaya.
* Palaya- A planet much similar to our Earth where the leading races are Vampires, Demons,     Mortals, Shiryls (though since they have been isolated for so long some people have begun to doubt their existence any longer), and others.

There is a tale that sailors tell, of a single murderous shriyl that lures foolish sailors out into the sea and ends their life. This tale is not a very old one nor a false one from the looks of things, but instead one of truth that is happening right now in these waters. It began when three sirens found a young shiryl on a seemingly normal calm day...


The siren sped through the waters quickly maneuvering her way around obstacles to out swim the two behind her, the older of the two seeming to be catching up to her.
"Dammit Lola you bitch slow down! You're going to give Kepi a freaking heart attack!" but the siren ahead simply ignored the command moving on ahead.
"Ha! Why don't you make me then mother dearest?!" The older of the two simply twitched at the comment, having been referred to as their dead nagging mother and not liking it one bit.
"I swear...to Alzena...when I catch you... I'm gonna kick your ass!!" gasped the younger from behind the two not seeming to keep up well at all. Just then the one in the lead stopped to a complete halt, causing the other two to ram right into her back.
"Well lookie what we have here Edna...ain't that interesting?"
The older simply growled rubbing her head. "What?! Your freaking back?!"
Lola shook her head as she pointed down to a large clam on the ocean floor with a shiryl curled up inside of it "That."
Edna rubbed her head once more and blinked a few times looking down at it "Well I'll be...ain't that lucky..."
"Ain't what lucky lemmie see!" Kepi pushed her way to the front to see what they were both gawking at. "Ohhh a shiryl...those are pretty rare aren't they?"
"Yeah no shit genius" replied Lola, as the younger sibling simply replied with an annoyed huff.
"Would you two just please..?" sighed Edna, really having enough of all the drama for the day and then paused looking at the child "...well what do you think we should do with it? Eat it?"
"Eat it!? Are you freaking nuts!" Lola yelled out "We may never see one of these things ever again!"
"Alright 'genius'.. " replied Kepi rather sarcastically "..then what do you expect to do with it? Keep it as a pet?"
"Exactly." said Lola glaring at her younger sister for her sarcasm "A pet, a servant, a slave...whatever you call it."
"Hmmm a slave...that'd be quiet useful." said the oldest “Think of all the spare time we'd have." "Again, exactly!" replied Lola, however before she could allow herself to continue she was interrupted with a statement from Kepi.
"Hey hey look it's waking up!"

Sure enough the small shiryl was beginning to stir inside the large open clam in which he lay, slowly opening his eyes and looking up at the three blinking curiously at them.
"Aww. Now isn't that just precious?" said Lola as she scooped up the young shiryl in her arms rocking it a bit.
"...Pfft..I thought you said you wanted to keep it as a slave, not adopt the thing as your child.." replied Kepi snottily, however Lola just smiled not paying much mind to the small attack.
"Oh I am you can be sure of that, but that doesn't take away from the fact that he is quite adorable..." she said while tickling the small shiryls tummy, causing the infant to giggle.
"It would be a trouble raising the thing though..." said Edna "I mean babies take up a lot of time and effort."
"True true." replied Lola who was still rocking and tickling the small child to keep him occupied "But once he's old enough that we don't have to cater to his every need he can cater to ours..." Kepi then nodded in agreement "Mmhm, I think in the long run it'd be worth it."
Lola chuckled "Oh so now you agree with me?”
Kepi just pffted and looked away "Oh shut up."
Lola only chuckled again, "So fine then it's settled." she said as she started to swim off again. "I win, two to one says we get to keep it."
"Now hold on just a minute!" Edna said starting to swim after her, but the other was already far ahead.
"So mother I'm thinking about naming the little guy Hannibal!" Lola yelled back as Edna growled swimming faster after her.
"Don't you mother me dammit now get back here!"
"Damn Alzena would you two freaking wait for-...oh forgot it!" said Kepi as she started after the other two towards home at her own slow pace.



And that was how they found him...or so some say..and that was the first step to how this nightmare began..
